  • Administer and manage QC ERP functions including data transfers and inspection plans.

Your Role:

You will be a part of a small team responsible for performing complex analytical testing of inorganic materials on the following instrumentation: ICP-MS, ICP-OES, Karl Fischer, auto titrator, TGA-DSC, UV-VIS, and an oxygen analyzer. You will prep samples, perform testing, analyze data, and make usage decisions for experimental, incoming goods, in process, and finished goods manufactured on site. In addition, you will need to:
  • Safely perform work in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company guidelines.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure on-time QC lab deliverables.
  • Collaborate with QC lab staff and follow or help develop procedures as needed.
  • Compute chemical calculations and unit conversions.
  • Investigate Out of Specification/Trend results and Customer Quality Complaints per requirements.
  • Build and maintain deep technical knowledge of analytical methods and lab processes.
  • Administer QC ERP functions (master data, inspection plans, system testing, data transfers).
  • Lead project teams, support other groups, and drive process improvements with quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and safety considerations.

Physical Attributes:
  • Sit, stand, walk, for up to two hours at a time.
  • Reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, or crawl intermittently.
  • Work in a dimly lit environment for extended periods of time
  • Work in a brightly lit laboratory environment with ambient equipment noise reaching 80db
  • Work for extended periods in a dry box; performing precise manipulations through gloved hands.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, respirators, and aprons.


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Life Science discipline.
  • 4+ years of analytical lab experience.

OR
  • Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Life Science discipline.
  • 1+ years of analytical lab experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP familiarity.
  • ISO 9001:2015 quality standards knowledge.
  • Experience in a multi-product environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Semiconductor or high-precision industry background.
  • Deep technical knowledge; ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Proficient in dry box operation and safe chemical handling.
  • Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in analytical tools, instrumentation, troubleshooting, and method development.t
  • Data integrity discipline and database software management; MS Office skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.


Pay Range for this position: $69,400-$107,900.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
