Federal Quality Control ManagerPosition OverviewThe Federal Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of construction projects for federal clients. This role involves implementing quality control policies, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for federal construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and reports for federal stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes and best practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control management,in federal construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations and quality control standards.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
