Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (Hybrid Role)
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with extensive knowledge of digital accessibility and hands-on accessibility testing experience. This role will primarily focus on ensuring accessibility compliance across multiple applications and projects simultaneously while also providing functional quality assurance support throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required
• 8+ years of software quality assurance experience
• 5+ years of hands-on digital accessibility testing experience
• Demonstrated experience testing against WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards
• Experience using both NVDA and JAWS, keyboard only navigation, and browser accessibility tools
• Experience documenting accessibility defects with sufficient technical for developer remediation
• Experience performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Ability to manage work across multiple applications and competing priorities simultaneously
• Understanding of how accessibility issues show up in code (HTML, ARIA, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
• Familiarity with accessibility tools such as Axe DevTools, WAVE, ANDI, Lighthouse
• Experience working in government or other highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of Section 508 requirements, ADA implementing regulation, 28 CFR 35, requirements, and accessible design best practices
