Full Job Description
SUMMARY

Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a positive attitude, be a team player andexhibithigh integrity at alltimes
  • Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications todeterminepresent standards andestablishproposed quality and reliability expectancyoffinished product.
  • Formulates andmaintainsquality controlobjectivesand coordinatesobjectiveswith production procedures in cooperation with other quality managers to maximize product reliability and minimizecosts
  • Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, andproducts
  • Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality andreliability
  • Investigates and adjusts customer complaintsregardingquality
  • Responsible forrepresentingthe needs of thecustomer
  • Mustmaintainregular and acceptable attendancein accordance withour attendance policy.
  • Must be regularly available and willing to work at least 8 hours per day,40 hoursper week, or such other hours per day or hours per week as isdeterminednecessary or desirable to meet our business needs.
  • Must be available and willing to work such overtime per day or per week as the supervisordeterminesis necessary or desirable to meet our business needs.
  • Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing tocomply withall safety laws andall ofour safety policies and rules.
  • Implement corrective actions when a non-conformity occurs according to problem solvingNiscoforms.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with one (1) to three (3) years experience.
