Full Job Description
This role is responsible for leading quality initiatives across manufacturing operations to ensure products meet established standards for safety, reliability, and performance. The position oversees quality systems, leads quality improvement initiatives, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall product quality. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic direction with day-to-day execution.
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and standards
  • Oversee inspection, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistent product performance
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to resolve product quality concerns
  • Support new product development by reviewing designs for manufacturability and quality
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and product integrity
  • Ensure projects and quality initiatives are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain sampling procedures, testing methods, and quality control systems
  • Coach and guide quality team members, providing leadership and technical direction
  • Communicate quality performance and initiatives using data, metrics, and business impact (ROI)


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, policies, and best practices
  • Experience with statistical methods, including SPC, data analysis, and design of experiments (DOE)
  • Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Experience presenting recommendations and influencing decisions
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to gain team buy-in


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods
  • May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in production areas
  • Ability to navigate production floors and inspect equipment or processes as needed


What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $110,000 - $144,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
