Responsibilities Design test strategies, write test cases, and execute functional, performance, and regression test cases. Develop and maintain automated tests, build CI/CD related work and drive quality assurance (QA) process improvements. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities. Communicate test status with design and development teams to ensure that product features are tested and that defects are corrected before products and systems go live. Review and analyze acceptance criteria for completeness and review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Contribute to retrospective reviews to introduce efficiencies. Qualifications Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts integrated with CI/CD systems; Building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing; Developing testing frameworks using Python, Java, or Kotlin programming language; Identifying, recording, resolving, and documenting software bugs, including tracking bugs and test metrics; Building and testing software solutions using Agile methodology and DevOps development practices; and Designing and developing test strategies, performing test planning, designing and executing end-to-end use cases, managing defects, and providing Quality Assurance status reports.
