Job DescriptionPosition Overview
The Rochester Quality Administrator provides strategic and operational leadership for Quality and Safety across the Rochester practice, partnering with physician, nursing, administrative, and other clinical leaders to advance measurable outcomes for patients and teams.
This is an on-site, in-person leadership role based in Rochester. The Administrator is expected to be embedded in and visible across the Rochester practice, building strong relationships with clinical and operational leaders and maintaining a close connection to the teams and environments in which care is delivered.

As healthcare and the Quality and Safety field evolve, this leader will also help redesign the work itself-leveraging data, analytics, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to reduce manual and low-value activity, strengthen decision-making, and create capacity for higher-value work. The Administrator will foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, learning, and accountability while modeling Mayo Clinic's values and commitment to the needs of the patient.
