The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Report Generation – Warranty, IATF audits, quarantine log and other quality reports as required
  • Conduct internal IATF 16949 audits as required
  • Plan and conduct 3rd-party, supplier, or internal audits to verify compliance with IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools
  • Manage audit teams, assign tasks, and guide junior or internal auditors.
  • Document findings, classify non-conformances, and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective action
  • Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and foster a quality-focused mindset
  • Make necessary changes to Mytox QMS based on audit findings and corrective actions
  • IATF external audit administration and coordination
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Ease system administration. Including but not limited to user management, training of new users, managing work centers, scheduling audits, generating reports, findings follow up and verification, BOM, 5S, PFMEA, MAFACT internal, BOS audits and so on.
  • Coordinate and schedule Core Tools and quality specific training
  • Review of customer portals, communicate any new concerns.
  • Retrieve customer scorecards
  • Backup for BOS System Administration duties
    • CAQ Training
    • Document Release
    • Document Reminders
    • Obsolete and Archive Documents based on Mytox and Customer Specific requirements.
    • Retrieve and Cascade Customer specific Requirements
    • Update and Cascade Customer specification update
  • Backup for IMDS Coordination
    • IMDS Submissions
    • Track Customer Approvals
  • Performs all job functions abiding by the office/work standards, policies and procedures as outlines in the company handbook.
  • Performs all job functions in alignment with IATF 16949 quality management standards and ISO 14001
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement
  • Maintain 5S standards in working environment
