Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze data replication requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot replication tasks to maintain data consistency and integrity.
Implement best practices and stay updated with the latest advancements in Qlik Replicate and Snowflake replication technologies.
Lead end to end implementation of Qlik Replicate projects aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical replication solutions.
Optimize replication workflows for efficiency scalability and minimal latency.
Provide technical guidance mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
Conduct regular performance tuning health checks and audits of replication environments.
