Quality Engineering (QE) Architect / QE Lead to define and drive enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation architecture, CI/CD integration, non-functional testing, and DevOps-driven quality practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement enterprise-level QE strategy and roadmap.
- Design scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, mobile, and backend applications.
- Architect CI/CD quality gates and integrate automated testing into DevOps pipelines.
- Establish test data management and test environment strategies.
- Lead non-functional testing initiatives including performance, security, scalability, and resilience testing.
- Define and track quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes, tools, and automation coverage.
- Mentor QA teams and provide technical leadership across enterprise programs.
