Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP quality control in building construction projects.
• Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits, and managing quality documentation.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient with quality management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure high quality in construction projects.
• Create project-specific Quality Management Plans and verify their implementation.
• Develop quality metrics to empower teams in reviewing quality execution.
• Manage a team of Quality professionals to handle site evaluations and reporting.
• Conduct random and follow-up site evaluations for compliance and corrections.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices and quality issues across project teams.
• Act as a resource for compliance with Federal, State, and local quality regulations.
• Update and create comprehensive training programs for field operations and subcontractors.
