Key Responsibilities:- As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes, procedures, and policies.
- You will collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to assess knowledge, support learning needs, and contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and improve quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and objectives.
- Drive continuous learning initiatives to elevate team capabilities and performance.
Note: Role requires 60% onsite client work in New York (3 days per week) and client mandated 5 days away per quarterBasic Qualifications:- 5+ years' experience
- Playwright MCP Testing
- Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Associate's degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Bank Experience
- Client facing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Application Testing
- Bachelor's degree
