Must-Have
• Good years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in test automation using Selenium and Java.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud-based/ migration projects testing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement.

Good-to-Have
• Understanding of Mortgage origination, underwriting, servicing, or related financial processes is highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibility:
• Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple applications and systems.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, driving best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Automation testing scope and managing them.
• API testing and ensure validation of service-layer integrations.
• Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and resolution in alignment with project timelines.

Salary Range Format:
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr 120,000 CAD/Yr..
