We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong functional testing experience and a background in financial services, preferably within credit union or core banking environments. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on tester who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, and contribute to the quality of critical financial applications.
Must-Have Qualifications- Strong experience with functional testing of software applications
- Experience working within financial services, preferably supporting:
- Credit unions
- Core banking platforms
- Financial systems
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, defect tracking, and related QA activities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-starter who can work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Experience testing:
- Core banking systems
- Loan origination platforms
- Digital banking applications
- Credit union technology solutions
- Familiarity with banking platforms such as:
- Symitar (preferred)
- Fiserv
- Correlation
- Other core banking solutions
- Exposure to test automation tools or automation testing practices
- Experience with ADO or similar ALM/test management platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for test data management, analysis, and reporting
- Prior experience in credit union environments
Hourly rate $60 per hour
