About the roleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take requirements of varying degrees of completion and develop a test plan independently. You'll work with the team around you to triage and move the project to production as quickly as possible.
What you'll doRecurring Tasks and Projects:- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Establishing test strategies and designing test plans and cases
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
- Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/product teams
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
- Developing and executing automated UI and functional tests
- Enhancing and maintaining automated Continuous Integration (CI) flows
Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and orally
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Creative thinker and strategic problem solver
Requirements:- Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA)
- Experience with web application/API testing and Continuous Integration processes
- Knowledge in at least one programming language (Java, Javascript, Python)
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with microservices architecture, mobile application testing, Cypress and Robot testing Frameworks, microservices architecture
CompensationAnnual Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
