Must-Have - Strong understanding in Automation, Playwright, Selenium, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in planning test phases, estimating effort, and resource allocation.
- Good-to-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Familiarity with Performance tools, Accessibility Testing, AEM migration Testing AI & Intelligent Automation
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role - Define and implement Automation Road Maps, Test strategies aligned with business goals and project timelines.
- Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to stakeholders and Influence design decisions to improve testability
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps teams, Project managers, Developers, Business analysts, and Vendors.
- Review and optimize automation frameworks. Drive CI/CD integration for automated tests
- Provide regular updates on test progress, defect trends, and release readiness.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigating and resolving test failures
Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
