Insight Global is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber (BDD framework). This role includes performing functional, integration, and system testing, collaborating with developers and product owners, and maintaining a scalable automation framework. Additional responsibilities include data validation and API testing to ensure high-quality deliverables across Salesforce platforms.

Required Skills & Experience• Proven QA/testing experience, with 3+ years in Selenium automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, or custom apps)
• Expertise in Cucumber (BDD framework) for writing test cases
• Experience in test case design, defect management, and test planning
• Solid understanding of API testing (REST/SOAP)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
