Key Responsibilities:- As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes and best practices to elevate team knowledge and efficiency.
*This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ or NYC*Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of work experience with advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language
- Associate's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced proficiency in UiPath Test Suite is recommended
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, Engineering Support, Python Automation, and UiPath Robotic Process Automation RPA is suggested
