Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
• 5+ years developing integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project
• 5+ years Project Management experience
• Prior experience supporting space system development or the Department of Defense
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Creative thinker, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• TS with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Support the PWSA Ground Program Director and Ground & Launch Cell Director.
• Retrieve, review, and consolidate schedules with contractors and the government.
• Develop and maintain a government-specific integrated master schedule (IMS).
• Inform scheduling updates with knowledge of internal developments.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and present risks to leadership.
• Perform configuration management and ensure contract compliance.
• Facilitate communication with ground segment contractor counterparts.
• Create high-quality briefing material and external schedule products.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders as necessary.
