Full Job Description
Manage the full vendor credentialing lifecycle, including onboarding, verification, monitoring, recredentialing, and offboarding activities. Ensure vendor compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within vendor credentialing and document management systems (e.g., Symplr, VendorMate, GHX, or similar platforms). Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, Operations, HR, and Compliance

You will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure alignment, optimize processes, and support growth initiatives that enhance overall business performance.

Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $74290 - $96140

  • Manage procurement activities such as supplier/vendor relationships, contract negotiation, purchase requisitions, order processing, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive product and category management initiatives including product specification alignment, rationalization, pricing strategy, and supplier performance monitoring to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.

  • Analyze sales, procurement, and operational data to identify opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and enhance overall business performance.
