  • Monitor accuracy of purchase prices against standards

Full Job Description
Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Administrate the direct purchasing savings, recurring and non-recurring. This includes performing analysis, ensure consistent and clear tracking, validating results, and reporting accuratly within finance calendar,
  • Act as a business partner of the purchasing team to support division goal achievements,
  • Participate in trend, forecast and budget setting process,
  • Provide support to track and support IP & VAVE activities,
  • Assist in year-end standards roll,
  • Liaise with Account Payables team to book performance in due time and monitore AP aging,
  • Ensure and montore accuracy of purchase prices and variance to year standard,
  • Provide cccasional support to division tariffs and cash controlling.


Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Ideally 2 years experience in a controlling position
  • Strong rigor and discipline, ability to control and challenge results
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and autonomy
  • Ability to challenge status quo and implement effective changes to improve controlling performance
  • Strong teamwork sense
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Excellent analytical sense
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Fluent in english, spanish is a plus
