Public Works Program Analyst The Opportunity: As a facilities professional, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when supporting Public Works operations. We need an experienced facilities management analyst who can apply analytical skill, functional management, and strong communication to support the Marine Corps in providing functional management and analysis support for operations, maintenance, and facilities services across the enterprise. On our team, you'll assist with the coordination with regional and headquarters Public Works offices and stakeholders to standardize facilities processes and operations reporting metrics to include analyzing investment, maintenance, and utilities consumption trends. You will help prepare resource optimization strategies and ensure documentation and technical inputs are organized, validated, and structured for government review and decision-making. In this role, you'll closely impact Public Works coordination by supporting process optimization and documentation standardization, facilitating communication, and helping maintain alignment between local execution and enterprise strategic goals. You Have: • Experience with process improvement • Experience with tools in support of data analytics such as Excel • Knowledge of public works processes, workflows, data and reporting requirements • Ability to interpret and analyze planning inputs, facility or programming information, or engineering requirements and incorporate them into structured summaries and reports • Ability to communicate and coordinate with cross-organizational stakeholders to support requirement tracking, planning workflows, or operational alignment activities • Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience supporting public works, facilities maintenance, or utilities operations efforts, or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience supporting public works, facilities maintenance, or utilities operations effort Nice If You Have: • Experience supporting MCICOM, NAVFAC, or Public Works engineering organizations • Experience using enterprise systems such as iNFADS, FI Web, Maximo, PBIS, DAI, PAX, or AMS to support Public Works planning or infrastructure visibility • Experience contributing to planning summaries, coordination packages, or operational alignment materials • Experience with energy or utility data analysis • Knowledge of facility sustainment, Public Works engineering workflows, or enterprise planning processes • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, Operations Research, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, Operations Research, or a related field a plus • Facilities or Project Management Certifications such as CFM, PMP, PE, or RA Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
