We are seeking a Texas-licensed Psychologist to join our team in The Woodlands, Conroe, or Huntsville, Texas. Experience all the benefits of private practice without the usual administrative burdens. Seriously, just see your preferred patients, provide great care, write your notes, and go home!
• True W2 Stability: Full-time position with health, vision, and dental benefits, plus a potential signing bonus.

• In-House Credentialing: We handle all insurance credentialing directly in-house, completely independent of platforms like Headway or Alma.
• Full Administrative Support: Our dedicated front and back office teams manage the paperwork, billing, and logistics for you.
Responsibilities
• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
• Work in collaboration with the front office to complete clinical evaluations and intakes to help assign which therapist in our office is the best fit for the client. Complete psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults. Develop your own therapy caseload with the specific populations that you enjoy serving.
• Complete reports, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, or continuity of care.
• A few after-school/after-work hours a week will help create a solid caseload.
• Client sessions are either in-office at one of our physical locations in The Woodlands, Conroe, or Huntsville, TX.
• If you have a physical office in a different city in Texas, GREAT! Let's talk about satellite locations for you.
• W2, health insurance, and a possible signing bonus. We also take care of insurance credentialing.
• No need to market yourself. We are established and have health referral sources.
• We cover your Malpractice Insurance.
• No Administrative tasks besides working with the front office related to new patient charting and keeping up with your clinical documentation.
Qualifications
• Must have a Ph.D., PsyD, or higher degree.
• Must have and maintain a State of Texas license as a Psychologist.
• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
• Working with a diversified age and client population will determine the full-time or part-time caseload.
• Additional certifications or experience are a plus! Play Therapy, Directive Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, etc.
