Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable, ambitious, and clinically driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to step into a unique leadership role within our growing behavioral health organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a provider looking to expand beyond direct patient care into clinical leadership, mentorship, provider development, and operational impact.

Working directly alongside our Medical Director, Dr. Mehdi Kazmi, this individual will serve as a key clinical leader and second-in-command within the psychiatric division.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

Conduct and present weekly collaborative CME trainings

Participate in provider interviews as the clinical interviewer

Assist with quarterly KPI reviews and provider evaluations

Support onboarding, development, and ongoing training of PMHNPs

Travel periodically to clinical sites for in-person provider support and training

Collaborate closely with executive leadership and the Medical Director

Help strengthen clinical quality, workflow, and provider growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Current PMHNP licensure in New York; New Jersey licensure strongly preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Demonstrated background in provider supervision, training, mentorship, or leadership.
  • Advanced competency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management.
  • Experience in nursing homes or post-acute/long-term care environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout NY and NJ.
  • Residence in or near the Greater NYC metro area preferred.
