- Provide medical services (medication assessment, lab work, prescriptions, etc.)
- Coordinate and collaborate with medical providers (primary care physicians, specialists, etc.), crisis assessment and management (behavioral and medical)
- Complete all required documentation
- Provide education to individuals, their families and other service providers, as well as to staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:- Nurse Practitioner License
- Experience with adults in Mental Health field
- Minimum 1 year experience in an NPP role
- Available to work a flexible schedule a MUST
- Responsible for all documentation requirements per OMH regulations and agency policy
- Will have Collaborative Agreement with the Medical Director
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 2 years experience in this role
