Herc Employee Career PortalJob PurposeProResources is Herc Rentals' specialty tools and equipment business segment, providing contractors and industrial customers with a comprehensive range of specialty tools including dust and debris control equipment, material handling lifts, air tools, electric tools, hydraulic tools, and managed tool services. ProResources operates a dedicated branch network across the U.S. and Canada, supported by non-commissioned Product Support Managers (PSMs) who serve as subject matter experts delivering exceptional customer support and technical product knowledge. The ProResources Branch Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a specialty tools rental branch, ensuring safe, profitable, and efficient operations while delivering superior customer service. This role is responsible for the full P&L of the branch, including revenue generation, cost control, fleet management, equipment readiness, and employee development, all within the specialty tool and equipment rental model unique to the ProResources segment.
What you will do...- Grow revenue for the branch and district
- Meet or exceed business plan for the branch
- Answer and resolve customer questions
- Manage your team effectively and efficiently
- Implementing Safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan
- Fleet Management
- Manage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviews
- Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports
- Support all team members
- Conduct Branch Audits & Inventory reviews
- Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards
Requirements- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of branch/operations management experience in equipment rental, industrial tools, construction, or related industry; specialty tool or trade experience strongly preferred.
- Proven P&L management, sales leadership, and team development experience.
- Strong working knowledge of specialty tools categories (material handling, hoist and rigging, pneumatic/air/electric/hydraulic tools) preferred; willingness to become a product knowledge expert.

Pay Range: $80k - $95k base salary + quarterly bonuses & company truck
