We are looking for a Proposal Director to lead our Proposals team.
What You Get to Do- Leading the proposal strategy with timely management and production of BTY's submissions in response to RFQs, RFI's and RFPs.
- Coordinating the proposal response from initial enquiry to final submission, setting timelines and deliverables and ensuring milestones are met.
- Collaborating with the Proposal Coordinator and wider MBD team to create proposal narratives, compile key experience data, success stories, etc.
- Manage opportunities on the Firm's go-to tender portals, including identifying the opportunities and engaging the relevant stakeholders responsible for pursuing the opportunity.
- Supports new business presentations/opportunities
- Identification on new areas of improvement to BTY proposal process.
- Confidentially liaising directly with Partners, Regional Leads & Directors to ensure timely delivery of documents
- Advise other producing proposals on appropriate structure and presentation to ensure consistent response to clients
- Provides mentorship to junior team members
What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in the professional services consulting industry, with an emphasis on proposal production
- 1+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience working within the construction/real estate/infrastructure sector is desirable
- Strong project coordination and project management skills
- High degree of tact, diplomacy and professionalism
The typical hiring range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 CAD per year. This represents base salary only, not total compensation, and BTY Group may offer more or less depending on a candidate's experience and qualifications. Compensation takes into account education, training, experience, location, market factors, and internal alignment. In line with BC & Ontario Pay Transparency rules, a candidate's past salary will not be considered in determining pay.
