The Opportunity

Join our Transportation & Infrastructure team as a Proposal Coordinator and help shape winning strategies that secure projects improving communities across Canada. In this role, you'll collaborate with senior managers and technical experts to deliver high-quality proposals for projects in water, urban planning, transportation, municipal engineering, and land development.

Your Impact
  • Develop proposal outlines and schedules, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate contributions from multiple disciplines to create cohesive, compelling submissions.
  • Write and edit proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and CVs.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate impactful visuals into proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposals, wins, and losses through WSP's information management systems.


The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 5 years of experience in proposal development, ideally within engineering consulting or professional services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and SharePoint Online is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $ 77 400 - $102 500
MB & ON: $70 600 - $97 200
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $69 900 - $92 900
