Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Proposal Analyst Stf for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for planning, scheduling, and pricing proposals in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Proposal Analyst Stf you will be responsible for leading the estimating effort, developing cost models, and presenting pricing strategies to senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and mature business-case analyses and cost methods to create comprehensive bid/price strategies.
- Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and technical data from functional departments.
- Perform financial modeling, rate studies, NPV/IRR analysis, and cash-flow projections.
- Lead pricing reviews, interact with DCAA and audit agencies, and support contract negotiations.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior Proposal Analysts.

Basic Qualifications- Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Strong financial/analytical/technical skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient user in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Apitute for learning financial software and/or database
Desired Skills- Prior Experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts
- Experience with multiple proposal contract types
- BOE Pro, Pro Pricer, Cost Volume Pro experience
- S4/Hana experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
