Job Summary

Plan, organize and manage requests for proposals, RFP's or RFI's of varying complexity, priority and risk that aid the company in the acquisition of new business and retention of current clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the proposal, RFP and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Use strong leadership, organizational, issue resolution, interpersonal, and time management skills to foster collaboration between different business units.
  • Respond to questions relating to our business and offered insurance products and services.
  • Interact with sales staff, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary and other Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the creation of accurate, customer-facing material.
  • Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling based on solicitation-specified requirements.


Skills and Background You'll Need
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of related experience (preparing proposals, RFP's and RFI's)
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel and Adobe highly preferred.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
  • Performance guarantees may be applied to roles with highly incentivized compensation plans for a specified period of time to support a new hire's transition into the sales incentive plan.


Compensation is made up of a base salary, incentives, and/or other bonuses when applicable. This is a minimum range that can be increased based on performance and sales activity.

Salary Range:
31.73 - 46.27
