What You'll Bring - Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience.
  • Experience managing communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning is strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Typical Base Pay Range: $65,000-$100,000 per year, plus bonus program participation
