Responsibilities

  • Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating property staff
  • Manage community revenue and expenses to ensure budget compliance
  • Maintain accurate resident records and perform accounting functions
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for staff and residents
  • Conduct building inspections and ensure property standards are met
  • Coordinate with maintenance team on service requests resolution
  • Promote resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing assistance
  • Complete required reporting and administrative tasks accurately

Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 annually

Overview

We are looking for a Property Manager with experience who can guide their team to ensure the community runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff
  • Manage the community's revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met
  • Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits,fees, and all A/P functions
  • Follows all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents
  • Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards
  • Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident's requests have been completed
  • Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution
  • Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with attention to detail

Qualifications
