Full Job Description
Be a part of the property management technology team to lead technology initiatives to drive efficiency in our operation of managing over 70 million square feet of real estate.

As a Property Management Technology Change -Senior Associate within Global Real Estate, you will manage real estate technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, training, change management, and ongoing program management. You will coordinate project activities and stakeholders through conceptual planning, requirements, development, testing, and rollout. You will oversee change management controls to ensure technology changes impacting buildings are executed in accordance with the established technology change management process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Change Management process oversight including coordination, tracking, and reporting
  • Lead in enhancing the change management process with the use of new technologies
  • Manage technology projects to support the onsite property management and engineering teams
  • Plan, organize and prioritize multiple large, complex end-to-end programs meeting predefined objectives
  • Translate strategies into program/project plans; including scope management, stakeholder engagement, deliverables (KPIs), schedule, etc.
  • Work with third party vendors, business partners, Chief Administrative Office (CAO) support group partners and stakeholders to create initial project plans and governance for identified initiatives
  • Work with CAO functional partners and stakeholders on creation of key milestones and timelines including prioritization of work driving milestones to timely execution
  • Ensure integration and coordination across CAO Functions, User Experience and 3rd Party vendor activities, including understanding of all major Initiatives, Program, and project activities to ensure management is responsive, effective, and agile
  • Ensure thoughtful & consistent integration of our CAO Partners - Security, Amenities, Mail, Print, & Communications
  • Lead and provide integrative solutions across CAO and employees
  • Recommend and implement changes / enhancements to improve processes and/or service efficiency and effectiveness


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related field
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Strong program management and organizational skills, including ability to create integrated project plans managing to deadlines and financial targets - prior experience with project management/coordination required
  • Proactive problem solver and gifted multi-tasker
  • Skilled collaborator and integrator experienced at executing projects and driving teams to succeed
  • Ability to work independently, high attention to detail, understand construction critical path timelines, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent project and budget management skills
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint
