Job Description

SAIC is seeking a Property Management Analyst to join our HMSD team in Huntsville, AL.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with FAR 52.245-1(f), DFARS [redacted], SAIC's certified Property Management System (PMS), and the SAIC Government Property Policies and Procedures Manual
  • Maintain robust internal controls
  • Manage GFP and CAP/CAM documentation and accuracy
  • Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies
  • Support DCMA and Government audits and surveillance
  • Establish and monitor subcontractor/supplier property controls
  • Develop and deliver property-handling guidance and training to program personnel
  • Generate required property status, inventory, discrepancy, and performance reports to achieve and sustain 100% accountability of Government Property across collateral and secure contracts


Qualifications

Required Education:
  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learner feedback, survey data, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with SMEs and stakeholders.

Required Clearance:
  • Candidate must have an active Secret clearance
