About the Role:
As a CBRE Property Management Associate, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do:
Work with the property Management team to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
Managing and tracking Angus work order system. Ensuring SLA's are adhered to with reports provided to management team.
Facilitates building work order processing and reporting to property management team.
Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
Review and process vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
Support the contract and purchase order execution process.
Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
Facilitates communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
Train and support onboarding of new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration, and governance.
May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
Support your team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Other duties as directed by property leaders.
Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
Experience with property accounting systems including Yardi and P2P preferred.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi, P2P, VTS etc.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $75,000 annually [or $36.10 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Service Delivery Manager position is $99,500 annually [or $47.84 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
