We are seeking an experienced
Projects Leader to play a critical role within the project execution team. In this role, you will oversee major project components and ensure successful delivery aligned with customer requirements, company procedures, budget targets, and committed timelines. You will provide leadership across complex, large-scale projects while developing and guiding a team of project professionals.
What You Will Do- Review and support preparation of project data, including budgets, procurement plans, material requisitions, schedules, and manpower plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across purchasing, fabrication, construction, inspection, and startup to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to project staff.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders and customers regarding project status, schedules, and issues.
- Lead weekly project review meetings focused on cost, schedule, manufacturing, and construction progress.
- Report project status and key risks to senior management while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, ISO 9001, and other operational procedures.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors and prepare and review change orders.
- Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback to the team.
- Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as required.
- Support additional duties as needed.
Position Details- Travel to customers, suppliers, and job sites up to 30%.
- On site at Plano, TX office
Minimum Qualifications- B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university
- Seven (7) years of directly related experience; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, complex projects.
- Experience managing projects in the range of $50MM-$300MM in the water treatment industry or a Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment with UPW and WWT.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in non-standard situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical and industry-related documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at a technical level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and ERP systems.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:The pay range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
