Candidates should clearly demonstrate their experience in a similar office based role managing the planning, execution and delivery of subsea survey operations.

What will you be doing?

You will join an experienced and highly skilled office based team focused on excellence in subsea offshore positioning, measurement, and mapping. With Subsea7's extensive global presence, you'll engage in intricate and demanding offshore energy projects, utilising our fleet of pipelay and construction vessels; providing technical and operational input to Engineering, Project Management and Operations teams.

Applicants will have existing experience working onshore supporting end to end project requirements, and be motivated to develop their experience within this discipline, supported by more senior team members.

Knowledge will be demonstrated through a solid background in offshore survey with experience in subsea construction operations such as pipelay, umbilical lay, structure installation, LBL positioning, spool metrology and ROV based pre and post-lay surveys.

The role will work as part of an integrated project team; reviewing client requirements, and developing associated methodologies, procedures and budgets. Key duties are to:

  • Provide technical and operational input throughout the project lifecycle, from tender to execution
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers to identify personnel, equipment, and project needs, ensuring timely delivery to worksites.
  • Develop procedures, attend briefings/debriefings with key survey personnel personnel and other project stakeholders.
  • Manage deliverables, oversee service providers, and uphold standards to meet client expectations on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance survey processes and technologies.

What experience would we like you to have?

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
