Full Job Description
Blu Omega is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Project Support Specialist in support of ARPA-H. In this role, you will support the integration and execution of innovative programs, facilitate collaboration across teams, and ensure smooth operational and programmatic delivery. You will work closely with Program Managers, SETA staff, and Mission Office leadership to track progress, overcome challenges, and maintain alignment with ARPA-H's ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaboration and integration of new projects and programs within the Mission Offices
  • Support Front Office communications, processes, and policies for all New Start programs
  • Assist PMs and SETA staff in meeting project timelines, monitoring deliverables, and identifying challenges
  • Report program status, milestones, and risks to Mission Office leadership
  • Coordinate regular meetings, briefings, and feedback sessions to ensure team alignment
  • Provide scientific, business, and organizational management support as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, research management, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
  • Strong professional writing skills and experience creating presentations and documentation
  • Demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness in managing changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a technical field

Nice to Have:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience supporting a federal research agency or complex scientific program environment

Salary Range: $90,000K -$130,000K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
