Key responsibilities include:
Schedule Management - developing, updating, and maintaining the project schedule to prevent delays.
Field Oversight - coordinate and supervise all field staff and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
Communication & Reporting - maintain accurate daily logs, safety reports, and other required documentation. Facilitate clear communication among project team members.
Quality & Compliance - monitor work for quality assurance, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations.
Closeout Management - manage project closeout activities, including third-party inspections, punch list completion, and warranty activation.
Leadership - provide technical leadership and supervision at the project site
Safety - enforce safety policies, regulations, and working rules
Facilitation - internal project meetings with team members and appropriate third parties to make necessary changes, finalize, and implement the work schedule
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, at least two years of college preferred
3-5 years of experience in construction or real estate field
Ability to communicate effectively to all parties involved with a project
Ability to speak and/or understand Spanish is preferred
Ability to read drawings, schematics, and other specifications
Proficiency with computers and basic Microsoft Office programs. Experience with Procore is preferred.
