Project Services Specialist in St. John's, NL.
Responsibilities:
The Project Services Specialist will be primarily responsible for stewarding the overall plan for the West White Rose (WWR) Flowline Brownfield Projects.
This role plays a key part in budget stewardship and will lead interface coordination and action tracking across the project.
Collaborate closely with all teams working with the project-SSDCI, EPC contractors, Finance/Cost, CVE Procurement, and others.
Supports the Project Team's overarching goal of implementing the WWR Flowline Brownfield Projects in alignment with the Atlantic region's reservoir depletion plan.
Coordinate with planning, implementation, Finance, and Cost Management to secure funding and ensure project alignment
Support EPC estimate requests, estimate reviews, and the AFE/Long Range Plan process
Manage purchasing activities, including cost tracking, reporting, and direct service procurements (e.g., fabric maintenance, ICSS modifications)
Facilitate interface meetings with integrated parties and maintain the project action register Contribute to project closeout activities
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Bachelor of Engineering
Member in good standing or eligible for registration with Professional Engineers and Geoscientist Newfoundland & Labrador (PEGNL)
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in industrial settings; offshore oil and gas experience is considered an asset
