Work you'll do

As an SDET II on the Sales and Service team, you will be responsible for...
  • Execute testing activities across implementation, maintenance, and application development efforts
  • Create, run, and document test cases, test results, and defects
  • Support defect triage, retesting, and resolution tracking
  • Contribute to project deliverables, status reporting, and quality reviews

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field
  • 1+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or software development
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Salesforce application environment
  • 1+ years of experience creating and executing test cases and documenting defects
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • 1+ years of experience supporting public sector or government technology programs
  • Experience with test management or defect tracking tools
  • Experience supporting system implementation, maintenance, or modernization programs
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
