Job Title:Project Safety Advisor
- Project Safety Advisor (PSA) serves as the primary
field safety resource for data center and hyperscale construction projects.
This role requires a hands-on safety professional who can proactively identify
hazards, influence contractor behaviour, lead incident investigations, and drive
a culture of safety excellence across multiple stakeholders including General
Contractors, subcontractors, and lease partners.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years progressive safety experience, preferably in construction environments
- Program-level safety leadership experience
- Expert-level incident investigations and systemic improvement capabilities
- Subject matter expert in electrical safety standards
- Hyperscale/data center construction safety leadership
- Executive-level communication and influence
Location: Conover, NC 28613Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130K-$150K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
