We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage each project's scope and timeline
  • Reporting metrics, project updates
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

Minimum Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in a Project Management
  • 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)


Nice to have:
  • PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus
  • ADO skills
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field


Must reside in the US

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948.00-$164,476.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
