THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Coordinate and manage project activities from planning through completion.
- Establish timelines, track deliverables, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) and component requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of specifications prior to procurement.
- Source and procure test equipment, fixtures, harnesses, PCBA boards, and related hardware.
- Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships to support on-time delivery.
- Track procurement activities and provide regular updates on order status and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate receiving and distribution of equipment and materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement and testing infrastructure requests.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and summaries for leadership.
- Support cross-functional teams by ensuring required resources are available to meet project goals.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4+ years of project management, program management, operations, procurement, or related experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, track deliverables, and maintain project schedules.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technical or engineering environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, hardware, or testing environments.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, or inventory tracking.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
