In this role, you will lead complex initiatives related to data center operations, technology asset lifecycle management, and large-scale program governance. You will be responsible for establishing PMO best practices, implementing effective governance frameworks, and guiding clients through the planning and execution of strategic projects. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide clear visibility into project performance, and contribute to the growth of PMO services across our client engagements.

WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this:
- Lead strategic projects and programs related to technology infrastructure, data centers, asset management, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, integrated schedules, risk registers, communication plans, and governance documentation.
- Prepare dashboards, performance metrics, executive reports, and presentations for clients and senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and teams to support the successful delivery of technology infrastructure and asset management initiatives.
- Advise clients on project management best practices, PMO governance, asset lifecycle management, and ServiceNow ITAM initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by facilitating workshops, governance committees, and executive meetings while contributing to the growth of Ateko's PMO services offering.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don't meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we're looking for potential first.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing complex projects or programs within technology, infrastructure, or data center environments.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
- Strong PMO expertise, including project planning, deliverable tracking, risk management, executive reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Experience developing project and governance documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), project charters, work plans, and executive presentations.
- Solid understanding of technology infrastructure, data center operations, and the full lifecycle management of technology assets.
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and executive stakeholders, supported by excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and IT Asset Management (ITAM) concepts. PMP certification is considered a strong asset.
