Overview:

We are seeking a Project/Program Management Sr. Consultant to lead and manage complex projects and programs from initiation through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and driving successful project outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate project staffing, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and project communications.

  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to project sponsors and leadership.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet expectations for quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

  • Recommend and implement schedule adjustments, resource changes, or cost modifications as needed to achieve project objectives.

  • Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex business and operational challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within project and program management.

  • Demonstrated depth and breadth of expertise in project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to lead others in solving complex problems and achieving business objectives.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work independently, seeking guidance only in the most complex situations.

  • Experience leading project teams, programs, or functional initiatives.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$91,700.00 - $169,600.00

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
