Full Job Description
The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Project Procurement Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Calgary, Alberta. This is a full-time opportunity supporting project delivery through effective coordination, data management, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will provide coordination and analytical support to the Supply Chain team, helping project leadership maintain visibility of procurement and supply chain performance, progress and key deliverables. You will gather, validate and analyze data, identify issues and trends, and translate information into clear and actionable reporting for project, program and portfolio stakeholders.

You will work with Supply Chain team members and project stakeholders to ensure required information is provided on time, follow up on outstanding actions, and help drive progress against project objectives. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and team performance.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor Supply Chain activities and deliverables across projects, ensuring required inputs are provided accurately and on time.
  • Gather, consolidate and validate Supply Chain data from multiple sources to provide clear visibility of project progress and performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other tools to track Supply Chain performance, milestones, actions, risks and key deliverables.
  • Compile and analyze data for weekly, bi-monthly and monthly project, program and portfolio reporting.
  • Monitor progress against established roadmaps, plans and targets and highlight variances, risks and areas requiring attention.
  • Follow up with Supply Chain stakeholders to obtain outstanding information, resolve data gaps and drive timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting and analysis to Project Management and Supply Chain leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify trends, issues and opportunities within Supply Chain data and recommend practical solutions or improvements.
  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes, systems and reporting practices.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and other functions to ensure alignment of Supply Chain activities with overall project objectives.
  • Perform assigned work with limited supervision, using sound judgment to prioritize activities and resolve routine issues independently.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Supply Chain reporting, systems, processes and data requirements as required.


Requirements
  • University degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, procurement, supply chain, project controls, reporting or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience working in a project-based environment, specifically within EPC industry is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources, identify trends and translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency with data analytics, reporting and visualization tools, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify issues and recommend solutions with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and influence stakeholders to provide information and complete required actions.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain, procurement or project processes, systems and tools, with the ability to assist others and troubleshoot routine issues.
