Salary Range: $100,999 - $134,665Relocation: NoSummaryProject Planning Coordinator is responsible for forecasting, planning, and coordinating the maintenance and construction projects for a specified area and maintaining relationships with Maintenance and Construction (M&C), the Project Management Office (PMO), Design and Construction Services to meet customer and client requests. Analyze and tracks project data to improve project management and construction processes and efficiencies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Forecasts, plans and coordinates Distribution maintenance and construction projects for the district.
- Forecasts resources to maintain an even and efficient workforce during periods of fluctuating workload.
- Ensure PBPA New Distribution Service Request process is followed, and timelines are met for Local projects
- Effectively respond to change and adjust priorities on short notice.
- Establish trust, exhibit commitment, build and maintain relationships to achieve goals.
- Communicate forecast and planning needs to the Distribution Services group on a regular basis.
- Facilitate cross functional team communications to resolve issues to programs/projects.
- Develop, apply and maintain a high-level of project management standards.
- Anticipate potential risks and document contingency plans to mitigate risk.
- Develop and provide reports on the status of projects and metrics.
- Interface between Distribution Services, Asset Management, PMO, Project Management and Design Services (PMDS), & Electric Operations.
- Identify and implement process improvement measures to improve efficiencies.
- Promote and actively participate in safe work practices.
- Clearly and concisely expresses ideas and concepts in individual or group situations.
- Adheres to Distribution Operations processes.
Skills- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate project and operational data into actionable planning insights is highly preferred.
- Proficiency and experience using data to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Education & Experience- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 10 or more years of related experience such as distribution, construction coordination, project support, or a similar is required.
- In lieu of the above criteria, a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, with 4 or more years of related experience will be considered.
- Experience supporting work management or asset management systems is encouraged to apply.
