Position Title: Project Manager

About the Role: The role of Project Manager is crucial in overseeing and guiding commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 / Year DOE

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and provide input on risk management issues
  • Develop solutions to prevent issues from escalating
  • Create contingency plans to address potential project risks
  • Build strong relationships with departments
  • Lead teams to maximize contributions from each member
  • Review prime contracts and provide necessary changes
  • Interpret contracts for team clarity
  • Manage projects using various delivery methods
  • Make recommendations on project delivery methods
  • Supervise management of owner-furnished materials
  • Engage in proposal phases, including writing management plans
  • Recognize and address project issues promptly
  • Supervise project administration and technical direction
  • Commit to excellent customer service
  • Monitor CPM schedule progress
  • Ensure adherence to safety programs
  • Hold team members accountable throughout projects
  • Conduct quality control reviews of design documents
  • Ensure streamlined task performance within the project team
  • Guide and support the design team as needed
  • Document changes or deviations from contract documents
  • Provide technical writing for proposals
  • Assist in developing a prequalified subcontractor bidders list
  • Coordinate construction activities with various stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive design reviews
  • Provide input on project costs using estimating software
  • Negotiate subcontract modifications
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Provide construction direction to stakeholders
  • Report on costs, changes, schedules, and insurance data
  • Review and approve change order requests
