What You Can Expect
Under general direction, the Project Manager oversees various projects of a highly complex nature. They are responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
How You'll Create Impact
- Gathers and compiles project information
- Coordinates the activities of one or more projects, work streams, or functional areas with all levels of necessary stakeholders
- Responsible for results in terms of costs, methods, and outcomes
- Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers
- Interprets and executes existing policies and procedures that affect management
- Recommends new or modified procedures and processes
- Participates in determining objectives of assignments
- Analyzes gathered data for decision making in conjunction with other project leaders
- Reports on project progress in accordance to the audience

- Broad understanding of the principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the development process for orthopedic medical devices
- Broad knowledge of new product development methodologies and tools
- Must possess an established track record of sound cross-functional actions and decisions impacting the business process and company results.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to clearly present information through the spoken work; influence or persuade others through oral presentations in positive and negative circumstances.

Your Background
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Must have 5 years of experience in the position offered or related.
- Must have 5 years of experience using MS Office applications with a concentration on Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Must have 5 years of experience working in a matrix organization.
- Must have 5 years of experience in new product innovation and / or introduction with design control skills.
- Must have 5 years of experience creating dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
- Must have 4 years of experience with the application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the regulated orthopaedical medical device industry.
- PMI or equivalent certification preferred

Expected Compensation Range
$121,000 - $152,000 CAD / Annual
